Surrounding yourself with people who are smarter than you will push you to always keep learning and to stay curious.

Success is about more than smarts – in fact, there are plenty of smart people out there who don’t have the drive to succeed. The hunger of a hard worker inspires everyone around them to do more, be more and achieve more.

The world needs dreamers as much as it needs doers. The visionary in your circle is the one who will entertain your wildest ideas and always encourage you to chase your dreams.

Happy people say no to almost everything –  ‘the art of elimination’. Happy people are incredibly focused on their wellbeing, goals, and what they need to do in order to stay happy. You can either focus on your wellbeing or you can focus on constantly pleasing others. However you cannot do both!

Being in a loop of saying yes to things that you really shouldn’t say yes to will waste your time, money and energy. You would become much more successful if you drop the guilt that is associated in your mind with saying no, stop saying yes just to please others.

Here are some things to say NO to, that will make you more happier:

  • Say NO to overworking yourself
  • Say NO to doing all the work- delegate
  • Say NO to people that waste your time
  • Say NO to negative and judgmental people
  • Say NO to people that make you feel drained

Embracing NO invites more happiness in your life, resulting in being able to handle daily stress and other negative emotions more easily, beginning to feel your best and behave your best.
